How do I get my vaccination?You can come as a walk in to any of our sites (subject to availability), no appointment needed!

Who is eligible?We offer vaccination to everyone over the age of 18 at all sites
We are also vaccinating 5-17 year olds at our main vaccination centre (121 Shady Lane, Birmingham, B44 9ET)
If you have not had a 1st or 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine yet, you should have them as soon as possible.
If you have a severely weakened immune system you should get an additional primary dose before you get a booster.
Is the vaccination safe?
All vaccines must be granted approval by an independent regulatory agency (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) passing tests based on quality, safety and effectiveness prior to being used in the UK. The COVID 19 vaccination is no different and all vaccines have been approved by the MHRA.

Is there any side effects?Yes, like all vaccines, the COVID 19 vaccine can cause mild and short-term effects lasting no more than a week and only in certain patients. These might include a sore arm where the vaccine was given and cold or flu like symptoms. If required, you can take paracetamol to help relieve any discomfort.
